Season 4 is upon us, through September 20th. It will span three Cycles, the first of which is Cycle #13, which runs until July 12th.
The Grants Council is open for Season 4 proposals. Cycle #13 applications will be accepted through June 22nd. See the kickoff announcement for more details. Draft review rubrics have been posted for community feedback.
Submit your Mission proposals by June 21st, and apply for Foundation Missions by June 28th.

@lee00007 kicks off a conversation about “date-driven performance for quality content” that supports Optimism’s ethos.
@Gonna.eth explains the rationale for the new Grants Council platform, Charmverse.
There are delegate communication thread updates from @PGov and @blockchainatusc.
So far “more than 39k contributors have donated $98k to the co-granting pool,” a new feature of Season 4.
The Bedrock upgrade saved $150k in transaction fees by June 9th, according to The Block.
